Developments

At some point in the next few days, OUYA will hopefully be reviewing and releasing the Beta Collexion. Whenever that happens, I'll simultaneously release the GameJolt and downloadable Windows edition, here, so you should all be able to play it.
PlayJam (GameStick) players will have to wait a few more days, but hopefully will get it before Dec 1st.

Also, probably later today, I'll post the "NewYA" Monkey target, which has all the fixed (bodged) controller code, which I'm currently using when compiling for OUYA/PlayJam/etc.

Next week's posts will be all about the games in the Beta Collexion, as we open each game up, one by one, over Advent.

Hopefully, come new year, we'll be back to Tuesday Game Releases, and with any luck, I'll continue to post daily doodles and blog posts, too, but just in case I can't keep up with everything..
.. well.. The games should still appear, and that's the main thing

I've previously stated that, unless 3DS Homebrew becomes "Stable" (As in, Nintendo won't kill it off with a simple firmware update) then I've no interest in attempting it.
Other than that, however, is my lack of interest in specifically coding for a single specific target.
Since switching to Monkey-X, and having it's awesome multi-target abilities, my coding's gotten much lazier!
I'm not sure I'd want to spend weeks coding a game, have it only work on one device, which may or may not support the game after a firmware update...
That seems a waste of time, IMO.
