Stupid line took all smegging day!!

Developments

"Free Ball" is a simple enough thing, in the real world.
"Foul, I get a free ball!" is generally how the rule goes.
Translating that into code is a whole other issue!
And then you've got the differing Free Ball rules to contend with, too.
Some games "Free Ball" is "Move the ball anywhere". Other games it's "Keep the ball behind the line", and in other games, you've only got the semi-circle to move the ball around inside.
It's tricky stuff!



That's pretty much what I tackled yesterday, and it took all smegging day, with issues such as "I haven't even drawn the line!" to "Oh bugger, the screen rotation breaks everything!" and much more besides.

I *think* I've more or less got that working, now. Today will be a day of adding rules to the game, because currently the only time a Free Ball is happening is when the white ball gets potted.
