My head burst!!!

It all started late last night, as I was preparing to post this week's AGameAWeek.
I got the files ready, and was halfway through posting the descriptions.
This is the complicated bit, as I not only need to write a description for the main site, but also a suitable description for the archive, along with selecting screenshots and GameJolt assets and other various bits and pieces.
I have to jump through about 5 webpages, simultaneously linking bits of data. The GameJolt page and the AGameAWeek blog are linked to from the Archive page, and similarly backlinks need provided, meaning I basically have to create all the pages at the same time.
It's rather complicated, and having to do it all at once makes it frustrating as hell..

.. But manageable.

..... Usually..

Last night, for some bizarre reason, the whole internet seemed to light up. I was getting Tweets about Repton, Facebook messages about people visiting places a million miles away, More Facebook beeps as someone was "messengering" me about bugs in their bed.. and Emails.. Dear god, the number of emails I got, last night was staggering!!

Trying to concentrate on the 4 or 5 AGameAWeek-based webpages, whilst constantly darting between Facebook, Twitter and Gmail, and also having every damn gadget in the house repeatedly beeping at me, to tell me that everything was all happening, all at the same time.. And BZZzzz.. There goes my watch again!!!

*pop*

Information overload, I think is the right phrase.
It didn't help that I started doing all this with a Migraine!!

I gave up.
About 8:30 or thereabouts, I shut down, switched off, and even turned off my router, just to be sure.

This morning, I awoke to find everything unfinished, and it's taken a good couple of hours to get back to some kind of regular schedule.

*sigh*
Lesson Learned : IF Migraine==True THEN Shutdown();
