I started two things, yesterday..
First is this week’s SonicALly ALChoon, which seems ok, except for a little bit in the middle where the joint between two bars seems horribly disjointed. I need to fix that, but I’m not sure how. Hmmm..
Other than that, though, I started on the next AGameAWeek.
I’ve decided to give “Box’s Adventure” (Jan 2010) another revisit.
On a previous revisit “Box’s Romp” (Nov 2010), I stripped out the collectable powerups, and the game seemed to lose quite a lot of it’s gameplay, so those will be the first thing to go back in.
A new set of lovely little powerups for our favourite little box.
Hmm.. What all can I add..!?
After that, I need to think about how I want the game to flow. I might leave it in it’s original Adventure flow, but .. I think I need to add some sort of purpose to the levels, or something.
I’m not sure, right now.
I guess we’ll have to wait and see how the end result turns out!

Platdude tried to catch a skunk that’s been prowling through the garden.
It didn’t go well.
Rethinking a game from seven years ago,
I’m unsure of which direction to go.
Will it work, play well, continue to flow?
Coding it all is the best way to know.
