A brand new game
for Windows, HTML5, 3DS Homebrew, iPhone, Android TV and more,

I'm fairly happy that I won't need to re-tweak the project, so having compiled the OUYA, Win and HTML5 editions of the game, I closed Monkey.
Over the coming weeks, I'm going to try to focus entirely on the new Framework. As such, I think we'll call this a possible end for this year's "series" of AGameAWeek.
I know that I usually do a Xmas game, but I don't think that's going to be possible at all, given the time constraints I'm about to delve into.
Over the next couple of months, I need to re-learn oodles of C++, work a myriad of different graphic and audio engines to work together nicely, and hopefully end up with something that actually does what it's supposed to.
As always, I still have Monkey to fall back on, so I've decided that I should probably set myself a deadline for all of this.
Xmas day seems a nice date to aim for.
If on Dec 25th, I don't feel like I can make a decent game with the new Framework, I'll instead head back to Monkey, and prepare for 2018 that way, instead.
So, that's my target.
I have 2 months to do this.
Is that enough!?
But I love a good challenge!!
Over the next few hours, I'll be uploading the final game for the year, and then it's time to kick the new framework into high gear.
.. and by high gear, I mean try to get the thing to open a window! Step by step. Lots to do!!
