Today's going to be choc-full of phone calls.
Probably not the best that the cat woke me up at 5am, huh..?

Today's phone calls include.
1. Phone Council to find out a contact number for the underlying land owner.
2. Contact solicitor to find out how to proceed
3. Maybe try to make contact with land owner, or let solicitor do it. Honestly, we're paying the solicitor a smegging fortune, they might as well do something.

*ugh*
It's a lot to faff about with, and I'm really not looking forward to any of it, but I can't delay. The purchase of our lovely bungalow may be at risk if I do not keep up with the sheer chaos that my Father left behind him, and I'm damned if he's doing that to me and Mum.
