Spent an awfully long time staring at the budget spreadsheet yesterday.

Mum wasn't well, yesterday. One of those nasty tummy bugs, going around, so she spent most of the day in bed.
In the meantime, then, I started delving into the budget, because that's the sort of fun exciting thing my head likes to do when it's sat on its own, all day!

Things aren't looking as bad as they once did, and given everything that needs doing to the bungalow, I can't imagine anything too dire getting in the way.
Now it's less worrying about the bungalow costs, and more about general life-costs.
Things like maybe needing to buy Mum a new wardrobe, (the physical wooden type, not the clothing type!) as well as trying to keep the standard monthly household bills afloat, and also any upcoming birthdays and (nnngh) Xmas is coming up, too.

Those are the little bits on my budget that are, as yet, completely void of any content.

Maybe we should head into the village and see if we can find any Little Lever merchandise, and give those as xmas presents. Reminders of a time now passed!!

... Not sure folk would appreciate that, though!
