The buyers have to withdraw their saving from their ISA to (presumably) pay the deposit on the mortgage, and "then" the mortgage will take another 5 or so days to clear.
We're looking at maybe a couple of weeks? Maybe longer?

Yesterday was all about being stuck on one single thing..
Can I extract information from a series of different size HTML canvasesies, and convert them all into a compatible multi-resolution Windows .ico file!?!
I mean, that'd be handy, right?
So I tried to figure out the file format, and hack my way through it, but it just didn't seem to work no matter what I did.

I popped online to find a suitable library, but nothing seemed to "Just work" how I wanted it to, either expecting me to pass it a .png file, or not wanting to compile multiple icon resolutions into a single .ico file.

Tearing my hair out, I ended up asking Bing, and Bing said "Hey, use this library", and I looked and it was 13Mb.. THIRTEEN MB!!!?!? To save a tiny .ico file!?!
Then I asked Poe, and between me and Poe we managed to get a half decent export function going.
I say Half Decent, because the resulting .ico file doesn't actually work, but far enough that I think I can probably tweak it into some kind of functionality at some point.

.. Maybe today!?

I also need to create a video for this week's ALChoon.. Autumn leaves and seeds and trees.
Yep, should be easy enough..
