Still waiting on some kind of feedback from the Solicitor.
Had plenty of phone calls, yesterday, though!

Our Estate Agent rang first, letting us know they'd been trying to contact the buyer's solicitor, but that the solicitor on the buyer's case is... on annual leave... which is all manner of frustrating right now!
They're still working on the case, though and apparently everything's going well enough.
Next up, the bungalow's Agent, asking if we'd heard anything yet. We let them know that we're still waiting for the buyer's mortgage and all, but that things appear to be going well enough.
Then the bungalow owner! He rang to chat with Mum for a short while, and they waffled away on the phone for a good 20 minutes or so, talking about solicitors, delays, but also his memories of the bungalow, growing up there, etc.
A lovely man.

So.. More waiting...

This morning, we got more emails.
Our Estate Agent managed to get a possible date from the buyer's solicitor. Spooky Halloween Bungalow is looking extremely likely, right now.
We're now all waiting on our solicitor to finalise everything.
... and waiting!!
