Mum went and visited the bungalow, yesterday. The current owner is still doing last minute things, so Mum, Aunt, and Two Uncles, all descended on the bungalow and the owner showed them around. Everyone's happy with the bungalow, and though the two Uncles gathered their lists of "things that need doing", nothing was unexpected, and all of our lists have aligned.

Gud gud!

The solicitor sent over the statement for both the sale of the house and the purchase of the bungalow, leaving us with a grand total that's about 4 times less than what it'll cost us for all the windows and doors!

.. Nah, we should be ok money-wise. Everything's been spreadsheeted to death, so far, and though I was a couple of hundred out, I actually managed to get pretty damn close to the end figure that the Solicitor sent us yesterday, which is nice.

I'll continue to budget everything like a crazed mathematician, and hopefully we should be able to pull off some sort of minor miracle.

.. For obvious reasons, no coding got done yesterday!
It was mostly a day full of budgeting, and filling out a bazillion "I'm moving, new address" forms online.
