JSE - Continuing the Tweaks

As I carry on making those little nips and tucks around JSE, I'm noticing slowdown on my Windows tests.

I'm running Windows on an old Mac Mini, and Remote Desktop'ing to the device, so obviously things aren't quite 100%
For starters, the whole thing fails to run at anything above 30fps, no matter what, so obviously tweaks are a little trickier to keep track of.

But on the whole, the Optimisationalism 2 test has slowed from about 166 mills, to now running around 180 mills, instead.
I'm not 100% sure what's done that, but obviously it's something I've done in the past week or so.

Of course, with the whole experience being Remote Desktop'd, there could be any number of reasons for that. From a bad Windows update, to Windows not quite working right on the Mac, right through to the iOS Remote Desktop app not being as fast as it should.
Any and all of those might be impacting the scores.. .. They probably shouldn't, but I have to keep that in mind.

Either way, I'll try to fix that at some point, today.
In addition, I'd like to get the Quest's controller's buttons to work with Browsercade/JSE, since it'd be nice to be able to play the games in VR, even if they're not "in" VR.
I'm not sure if I can do that, without needing to go the whole hog, and actually make things run in VR.. Obviously, that's not something I'm exactly aiming for, and my particular style of graphics don't really lend themselves well to that!!

But having the controllers work would be great!

Time for some heavy reading, methinks.
