I discovered a secret last night..
-=-=-
Though the instructions for the Amiga USB to MousePort dongle tell you that it won't work with wireless mouses, what it actually means is that it won't work with mouses that rely entirely on your system already having bluetooth.
If, on the other hand, you have one of those mouses that come with their own little specific dongle...
*boink*
Wireless mouse on an Amiga!
Works great, and works at all, so is infinitely better than the old rubbish mouse.
Mouse-in-the-bin!
Still (Still?!) waiting for AmigaKit to dispatch my 1Mb ChipRam expansion before I can really do much of anything.
Octamed runs well enough, and I can play Edgar's "Tetriz" which I discovered bundled with Deluxe Galaga, but Blitz gives up fairly early with an Out of Memory warning, and most games also give up the ghost, too.
Hurry Hurry, AmigaKit!!
Next step is to find my original Blitz disks, and upgrade the demo version that's currently installed on the Compact Flash.... because it was easier to dig through online archives of CU Amiga Coverdisks than it was to dig through..
Aargh!!
My Amos Pro is also in there, too.
I might end up just downloading illegal evil pirate versions of both, to save me the trouble!!
