Right then, let's get you set up to play Amiga games..

-=-=-

Step 1.
Download an Amiga Emulator of choice.
Usually I'd suggest WinUAE, but I've recently discovered FS-UAE, which includes a mostly functional Kickstart Substitute from AROS.
This is the one element of Amiga Emulation that's been a bugbear for a lot of folk over the years. Having to get a legal Kickstart Rom to get the thing working.
With the AROS Kickstart, though not everything is 100%, it's "good enough" to get things up and running.

So, go and Grab that, here and get it running.
You'll want to get the main program itself, and then the Launcher to go with it, which makes everything much easier.

Step 2.
Unzip both the program and the installer into the same folder, then run the launcher (fs-uae-launcher.exe in what is honestly a chaotic mass of files!!)

Once the launcher opens up, switch to an Amiga 600, because that's what I'm using!!

Insert the .adf floppy disk file with the game of your choice.

Set up your joystick, then hit Start.

With all the luck in the world, the game should boot up and play exactly as it oughta.
Let me know how you get on.

Welcome to the world of Amiga!
Hit F12 to escape from the Amiga!!

If you want to fall deep into the Amiga rabbit-hole, there's a TOSEC collection available on Archive.org, which contains near enough every .adf game you'd ever need, but do be warned.. it's bloomin' huge!!!
