I've ended up with three scrapped ideas, for this week's ALChoon.

Of the abandoned musical twiddles this week, two have staggered drum loops, and the other one makes my MacBook's speakers cry, because my particular MacBook has wonky speakers that freak out whenever sustained chords are played.

In the end, the clockwork sound effect seemed to spur me on to finishing off an entire choon, though it's definitely one of the shortest tracks I've done in a while, at only 1m 25.

The whole day was pretty much wrapped up in getting that going, and then adding lyrics and making the video. Honestly, this is all getting a little bit too much, each week! I might go back to just doing melodies and standard videos that are made up of whatever random videos happen to be on my phone at the time, with oodles of filters layered on so you can't tell what the video is.

With all of that, I just about had time to fill out most of the SoCoder Newsletter, and watch Little Shop of Horrors for the first time, which I enjoyed.
No coding, yesterday.


Today I think I'll work on a SpikeDislike theme or two. Gotta build up, ready for Advent!
