Boxing Day is Family Day, as my Uncle, Aunt and two cousins come for a family visit.

A lot of VR fun was had, this year, as the Quest 2 was bought out. We rearranged the Christmas layout, so that VR could vaguely fit, albeit in a dining chair, on one side of the room, and everyone else sat on the other side of the room.
It worked enough that Beat Sabre and Synth Riders could both be played, with Synth Riders winning by a mile based on the music selection. Something I've been saying for yonks, so I guess I'm not THAT out of touch with my choice in music!!

The battery managed to cope reasonably well. An hour or so to begin with, then a charge, then another session.. though it did eventually conk out mid-track for my younger cousin, who was suddenly thrust back into IRL without any rhyme or reason!!

It's a real shame I couldn't get a SpikeDislikeVR up and running, as I think that would've been a nice experience, but..
Hey, ho, what can you do.
It's not exactly an easy task, and I really don't know what on earth I'm doing with it!!

Maybe by next year?
