OK, time to get that Pachinko game up to something half-decent.

First up, add the boxes along the bottom for bonuses and such.
The sliding bars should be next.
After that, see what other elements I can add to the game.

It could also do with a better score display, than using it up to the Shoebox top-right display. I'll have to try and figure out where to add that to the screen.
Also, a nice little trail might work well for this one. I know that's not "Shoeboxy", but I think it's probably worth adding in for the sake of the effect!

It makes me wonder if I should perhaps start to think about writing an advanced Shoebox v2, with everything having a much more polished look to it. But then I think about all the games I'd have to rewrite, and all the work it would take, and the sprites I'd have to redraw, and the extra functionality that the engine would need, and..
.. Yeah, it's not such a nice prospect, is it!!

Mum's still regularly playing Shoebox, and if Mum's happy with it, then that's good enough.

I think I'm sticking to the derek_f from now on. I tried h again, this morning, and Mr Mangled Face re-emerged once more.

Either that or I redraw and redo the whole thing for a derek_i... ...?
