My little Amstrad CPC. Bought as a family Xmas present from Dixons, back in the mid-80s.
It was moved into my bedroom since we moved to this house in 1987, and it's been part of my bedroom ever since.

Today, Devlin will be coming to collect it.
He's a CPC enthusiast who currently doesn't own a first-edition CPC 6128, so is happy to be given the opportunity to grab such a priceless relic.

There just isn't any place I can fit it inside the bungalow.
Well, there is.. It could take pride and place on my desk, and be all lovely and pristine.
But then everything else couldn't then fit on the desk, and I have an Amiga, Gamecube, Wii, X360, PS3 and Switch that are all clambering for a half-decent TV to be plugged into.
Something had to go, and .. god damnit I'm getting weepy again.. The CPC had to be the one.

Farewell, my CPC.
You taught me to code. You were there at my side since childhood. And you will be sorely missed.
