Honestly, this could spell disaster for the entire process.
Solicitors have done their usual thing of bringing up giant stress inducing complications then buggering off for the weekend, leaving the stress to grow at an alarming rate.
We're really not sure what to do about this, and it's freaking us the hell out.
The road to the bungalow might end here.

Hopefully the fact that it's been there for over 30 years is enough to give us some sort of leeway, here, but then my Father built it, and as such we don't really have any receipts of any sort, so can't actually prove it's been there for 30 years.

Not really sure where to go from here, if I'm honest.

Gotta wait until Monday when everything kicks off with Solicitors and maybe the council getting involved, and we can hopefully get it all figured out.
