Good grief, two entire months have passed since we "Sold" the house, and we're still bloody well here.

Hopefully somebody rings, today, because it's been such a long long weekend with nothing happening.

Has the Legal Aid stuff been sorted?
Has the solicitor agreed about the bungalow condition?
Have the buyers accepted the minimal "good gesture" reduction?
All of this stuff is simply hanging in the air, because nobody talks to us!

Yet again, I warn you. If you're doing this, get a LOCAL solicitor, instead of the Estate Agent's recommended company, stuck miles away where you can't even pop in to see what's going on.
Gah!

I tried to keep my mind off things, but last night by about 4am, I realised that it just wasn't working.
I spent a couple of hours wandering the local area using Google Street View again, and.. I sure do hope we get that bungalow.

Mum was worried about it, too, yesterday. That's the first time I've really seen her worry about the possibility of losing the property.

We talked it through and I think we're both just going to carry on with the mindset that everything's going to be smoooooth sailing.
... It's all you can do, really.

Two whole months, though. Ugh..
