The Gas men are currently on our street.

They've been working around the estate, digging up all the pavements, making a wild racket, and fixing up all the pipes.
Yesterday they arrived on our street, and there'd diggers and pneumatic drills and noise and chaos and AAArrrgh!!!!
Our gas will be off at some point, but we've been told it'll only be for a few hours, maybe a day at the most.

Thankfully they (as yet) haven't caused any massive gas explosions in the area, so I think we're safe.. Either that or we'll be the unlucky ones, and they'll obliterate our lovely new Bungalow.

Meanwhile...

The resolution drop-down is now part of VidGen 2, though I haven't yet added any scaling to the lower resolutions, so will have to dig into the code to figure out how best to do that. Shouldn't be "too" hard. Lord knows I've done resolution scaling a-plenty before, and it "should" just be a case of tweaking a "ScreenScale" variable somewhere in the code. .. I think..

If I've got all the other numbers right, that is.

Over on SoCoder, Pakz suggested that I upload the tool to itch.io, and that's probably a good idea.
I replied that "I'm not done yet", with me wanting to try to add transitions and maybe a lyric display thing to the tool, but upon further thought, maybe it's a good idea to post it now, and then I can tweak it and fix it up, and post "update" blog posts all the time, to try and keep it up at the front of people's view!!!
