There's nothing "Recorded" again, this week. I'm not doing nearly enough stuff to be recording things that aren't just clinks and clanks, and.. That got boring pretty quickly!
Even with simplified videos, it's still taking ages to get an ALChoon done.
Three days for this week's, and it's only about a minute and a half.
I dunno, maybe I'm just getting old and slow.
I haven't really been coding a lot of things, this year.
Perhaps I'm too cosy in the Bungalow, and it's making me lazy!
..
Or maybe it's slowly killing me!!!
Who knows.
It's probably all the work that's been going on for the past few months. .. Heck, it's practically been an entire year. Ugh.
We've been in the bungalow 1 year on Halloween.
Maybe I'll start getting better, once we reach that year-end?!
OK..
Back to GTT for today.
I'll see if I can get the score-stuff working nicely.
[Dave and Green are standing at the entrance of the newly christened DACMA, greeting a small group of visitors]
Dave: Welcome to DACMA - Dave's Amazing Coke Museum, Awesome!
Green: (under his breath) I can't believe you actually went through with this.
Dave: (ignoring Green) You're about to embark on a journey through the fizzy history "Fizztory" of Coca-Cola! It'll be just like in my dreams!
Visitor 1: (excitedly) Is it true you have a Coke-powered holodeck?
Dave: (beaming) Of course! It's the crown jewel of our tour!
Green: It doesn't work. It never worked.
Visitor 2: (disappointed) Awww.
Dave: I'm sure if we all believe in the holograms, then they'll be there!
[Everybody cheers]
[Scene Two]
Int. DACMA - Main Exhibition Hall
[Dave is enthusiastically showing off his collection to the visitors]
Dave: And here we have a life-size cutout of the Coca-Cola polar bear! Did you know that in 1985, Coca-Cola changed their formula and it was a disaster?
Visitor 2: Wow, you really know your Coke history!
Green: How do people not know that?
Dave: I even have a vintage can of Coke on a special podium in my spare room.
Visitor 1: That's awesome!
Green: (sarcastically) Yes, because one room of Coke memorabilia wasn't enough.
Dave: (proudly) It's my legacy, Greenie!
Green: No it isn't, Dave! It's Coca-Cola's legacy.
Dave: No. This! [points around the bunker] This is my legacy!
Visitor 3: Oh My God, is that.. is that a Coca Cola branded Yo-Yo!?
[Scene Three]
Ext. RCHomes - Vegetable Plot
[Matt is standing near the cabbage patch, looking bewildered at a growing queue of people dressed in Coca-Cola themed costumes]
Matt: (to himself) They can't all be looking at the cabbages... They're just cabbages.. unless Dave's invented Coke-flavored vegetables now.
[Matt approaches a person in the queue wearing a full Coca-Cola can costume]
Matt: Excuse me, what are you all waiting for?
Person in Coke Can Costume: Toot Toot!! Cola Cola Cola!! WOOOO!!
Person wearing a Coke Baseball cap: We're here for the underground Coke museum! Is this the right place? I heard there's a Coke-powered holodeck that makes your dreams come true!
Matt: (shocked) Underground Coke museum? Holo-what? ... David...
[Suddenly, a geyser of Coca-Cola erupts from the ground near the cabbages]
Matt: (getting splashed) What the....
[The crowd cheers and starts dancing in the Coke fountain]
Matt: (trying to navigate through the crowd) Where the holy heck is that David.
[Matt finally reaches the bunker entrance, just as Dave appears, wearing a Coca-Cola polar bear costume]
Dave: (excitedly) Matt! You're just in time!! Want to see my vintage Coke can collection? I've even got one on a special podium!
Matt: (facepalming) I evicted you.. What the.. How is this?! Is that a bunker?
Dave: (already pulling Matt inside) Dave, yes!
[End credits roll, featuring Matt being given a frantic tour of DACMA by Dave in his polar bear costume, while Green tries to control the Coke geyser outside, and the costumed crowd continues their Coke-soaked dance party in the cabbage patch]
