Yesterday was all about thinking about cows and mines.
... ..
... MineCowaft?

I was planning and thinking about what I might be able to do for Shoebox this month. It seems like I have an idea, but feels kinda like SpikeDislike, if I'm honest.
Is it ok to put a SpikeDislike sort of game into Shoebox.
Hmmm..
What do I do for Browsercade/JSE, though?
I haven't even got half a concept for that one, though I'm sure that's the one that'll likely show up first.
When I did yesterday's Poetry of the Day I included a silly little pixelart cow, and if I'm honest, I really like how that little cow looked.
I might end up using that little character in a game. Not sure why he's mining, though, and would rather not have "dig through the mine to find gems", because.. .. Well, that's the same game again, isn't it?
As always, pop your thoughts in the comments or Discord, and let me know where you think I should take things.
[verse]
Where we gonna go to, Mister Cow?
Heading to the town or off towards the mountain.
Can you climb the hill as it's really sort of steep.
Perhaps you're better staying where you are.
In the field. (In the field)
Where the grass is always greener than your feet.
[pre-chorus]
I hope you have a happy day, Mister Cow.
I hope you find a place where you can go.
Lapping up the crystal water straight from out' the river
And wandering around the lovely fields.
[chorus]
La, la la la la. Go cow! (woo!)
Walking round the busy city.
La la la. (yeah)
Find a seat and have a coffee.
La, la la la la. (Mooo!)
Watch a movie at the cinema.
La la la. (yeah)
Let's make it a day.
Let's make it, hurray!
[break]
[verse]
Where we gonna go to, Mister Cow?
I heard that there's a rocket launching soon.
Will you be the first cow into space?
Perhaps you're better staying where you are.
In the field. (In the field)
Where the grass is always greener than your feet.
[break]
[pre-chorus]
I hope you have a happy launch, Mister Cow.
I hope you find a place out there in space.
floating all around inside the metal capsule.
And remembering the lovely grassy fields.
[chorus]
La, la la la la. Go cow! (woo!)
Floating through the stratosphere.
La la la. (yeah)
Nobody hears your moo.
La, la la la la. (Mooo!)
Get back into the rocket.
La la la. (yeah)
So that you can return to the farm.
[break]
Do do doo, do do doo, do do doo doo doo
La la laa, la la laa, laa laa.
Do do doo, do do doo, do do doo doo doo
Moo Moo Moo Moo Mooo
Int. Dave's Kitchen - Morning
[Dave standing in front of his microwave holding keyboard keys]
Dave: Look Mrs Microwave, wouldn't you like some pretty decorations?
[Mrs Microwave beeps once, firmly]
Dave: Aw, but the Oven has a silly face!
[Green enters]
Green: Dave, what are you doing?
Dave: Trying to make Mrs Microwave more festive!
[Microwave beeps three times in quick succession]
Green: I think that's microwave for "absolutely not." And why festive? What's festive about February?
Dave: You know. Um. .. RGB Day?
Green: [thinks] That isn't a thing, is it?
Dave: Not until May, no. But it's best to be prepared!
[Lady Computer displays warning message from the living room]
Dave: Lady Computer likes the idea!
Green: That's not a thumbs up, Dave. That's a warning symbol.
Dave: I thought it was party streamers...
Green: What purpose will RGB Keyboard keys do on a Microwave, anyway?
Dave: I don't like using those fiddly contact buttons that she has.
Green: Aah, I see. Your lack of precision means she has to get a makeover?
[Fridge beeps an audible chuckle]
Dave: See! Mr Standard Fridge thinks it's funny!
Green: Mr Fridge is laughing at your craziness, not the amusement of the situation.
[Mrs Microwave beeps worriedly]
Dave: Fine, fine. I'll go add the Up and Down cursor keys to the Toaster instead.
[Microwave beeps gratefully]
Green: How about we don't decorate any more appliances today?
Dave: But what do I do with all the leftover glue?!
