Oooh, new engine this week, are you all looking forward to it?!

First Linux release, too! Blimey!

As the days drive on, I'm leaving myself with less time to actually code a game, here, but things are coming along nicely.
Joystick controls are in, little pop up text things are happening, debug file's being created, everything seems to be working!
It's usually at this point that things implode!!!

Assuming that doesn't happen, I'll be coming up with some sort of quicky game, by Tuesday.
Not sure what it'll be, haven't even started to think about it, yet!

There's more things going on here than one single game.

OK, here's issue #1.
If I insert online-highscores, I can't secure them in-code enough that they won't be messed with.
That is, as secure as the encrypt/transmission could possibly be, if I dare to release sourcecode at any point*, people can, and will, cheat the highscores.
So, they're out.
Dangit..

Badges are in when I can be bothered, but only in a per-game capacity. By which I mean, you start, the badges reset, and you get as many as you can in a single go.
I'm also going to create a nice History/Graph (not sure yet) type thing, where you can flick through your previous plays, see which badges you got for each go, and things like that.
Seems like that could work out well enough.

That's about all the titlescreen stuff I've come up with, so far!
