If last week was an example of a good week, then this week is most definitely the polar opposite!

Last week's project started with me wondering how well I could make a random-dungeon-creation-map-thingy, and continued from there, with me adding a bit at a time until the entire game felt great.
This week's game started in a fairly similar vein. I wondered how well I could achieve a nice looking 3D tunnel, and then once that worked reasonably well, set about adding gameplay to it.
Except, in this case, it didn't exactly turn out very well. At all.

I say "At All".. It's not exactly terrible. It's just that, for whatever reason, it's so amazingly boring.
Sure, you fly through a pretty 3D tunnel, and get to shoot at bad guys.
But then.
.. Erm..
You kind of carry on flying through the tunnel, and then shoot, and fly and shoot..
Even BlastTrax wasn't this repetitive!!

If there's any interest, I'll bother to throw up a test Android and OUYA edition, but. .. really..?

In fact, if anyone has any suggestions as to how to make this into a better game, do let me know.
I think there's probably something good in there, it's just a case of finding it.
