I still have half the game to code. I've no logo, no audio, no icons, no screenshots. Things look rather bland and repetitive.
And it's already Sunday Morning.


Traditionally, AGameAWeek is supposed to release on a Tuesday. Over the past year or so, it's slowly crept to a weekend release, but I reckon this week's game is going to be nudging back towards the Tuesday side of things.

Today I need to figure out most of the gameplay. The enemies are in, shooting away, but there's not much else going on in the game.

My task is to figure that out, add some pickups for the player, and then get around to deciding if the generic-starfield is good enough for the background.

If I can get all that done, I should be back on schedule for the Tuesday release.
But that's still an awful lot of stuff to do, in a relatively short amount of time.
