New games every week!
We're nearly back on schedule...

5th October 2010
I did post the pre-release of NeoPlatDS, this week, so that's nice.
If you want to give it a whirl, try DesMuMe, it's what I used 95% of the time during development, and has now overtaken No$GBA as my dev-emu of choice. I can't get FAT read/write working on it, though, so you'll have to make do without highscore load/saving. Other than that it runs nicely, and the default keys are easy to remember. Cursors to move, Z to throw, X to jump. Exactly the same as my Win/Lin/Mac games! -=-=- So, the schedule. We're in October, and I should be starting up again. But I'm not. d'oh! I still have a few bits and pieces to get sorted, first. The iPhing framework is SO close to being done... Like, really really close. I finally got the audio stuff worked out, have my loading and saving working, and am ready to start redoing all my spritesheet chopping stuff again. So far so good, nothing majorly exploding, so far. *fingers crossed* I also aim to do a big-ass screencapture of an entire "No game->Full game" thing. I'm trying to think of exactly what game that might be, though. It'll have to be short enough that I don't wind up with a 178Tb video of me typing! so, um.. thinking..! Gimme a week or two, we should be back on track. Views 45, Upvotes 9
