I've sorted out RSKGames' menu scrolling issue.. .. I think.. But obviously will depend on many "browsers aren't exact" issues.

I've also moved the option buttons into a box! Wowies!!
It's not a very fancy box, but it does give me a little extra room to add a tiny description to all the buttons, and I think that probably helps quite a bit.
I've also renamed a few of the buttons, too, so "30/60 fps" is now "Battery Saver" or "Full Speed", and I think that makes the buttons infinitely more understandable.
