OK, time to think of something for Petit Switch. Get my head out of the horror-show that's currently clinging to everyone's minds, and try to focus on some gamey stuff. But what game to do?

Work continues on my bulking up of my Petit Switch Framework, with the titlescreen now looking a little more familiar to regulars.

Alan suggests.. Did you ever see Reiner Knizia's _Decathlon_ dice game? Go check it out on boardgamegeek. Not that you'd want to copy it wholesale, but you could get some inspiration for different ways to total dice. PDF of the rules, and a scoresheet.

A blank slate, this morning, as I try to come up with a Shoebox game to do. I did consider getting back to finishing off The Quest, but every time I look at the code, the whole thing seems to be larger in scope than I ever imagined it might be.

Yesterday was taken up with Browsercade's onscreen controllers.

A tweet from Jamie84303 last night asked for further tweaks to the Browsercade controller, this time the onscreen version. Yup.. Looks like there's more controller stuff in my future!!

A few days ago, @Amarjit_uk asked me if "Fuze4Switch" was worth going ahead with, and it occurred to me that it's been half a year since I last tackled the thing. Perhaps it'd had some nice fixes over that time? Maybe I should give it another whirl..

The classic Basketball theme makes a return, this week. Bounce the ball, avoid the spikes, and shoot the hoops as you go. OK, back to a Shoebox game, this week. And, already my mind is fizzling with ideas! ... For Browsercade..

Lots of internal tweaks to the engine, today. The game now records your highest combo, and places that alongside your highscore in the saves. This means that, when necessary, I can pop that up on the screen. Your last score on the scoreboard is now highlighted and bounces to and fro, to stand out on the list. I do miss having that in the Browsercade. .. Maybe I should try to figure out a way to do that, but Browsercade's save data is there for lots of different types of games, and having a Top 10...

Every week or so, I think about SpikeDislike. How big it once was, and how abandoned it now is.
