Over the past week or so, a growing pain in my wrist has been causing me to slow down my coding, and I think I finally worked out what it is that's doing it.

#571 isn't coming together, AT ALL.. No matter what I do, I can't seem to get it to work out. Either it's too easy, and your bullets are too powerful, and the baddies can't reach you... .. or it's WAY too difficult, and the sheer insane bombardment of enemies is completely overpowering.

As I continue my trek through all the old blog posts, fixing up links and tracking down old images and things, I've noticed a rather worrying thing. Any and all quotes, from old blog posts, seem to have completely vanished from the database. I'm digging through old archived SQL backups, but I can't seem to find the quotes.

Whilst rushing to complete this week's game, I found myself with less than an hour's battery remaining. I quickly opened up two virtual boxes, Linux 32 and Linux 64, and rapidly compiled both versions of the game. I then compiled the Win edition, and 3DS, too. Then I opened up the Mac via Remote Desktop, only to find it wanting to do a bazillion updates. My laptop's now on charge, the Mac's busy doing updates, and I'll finish everything off, later. There's a nice new pool game available on iOS by @helvetica called Pocket Run Pool. (.com) People keep asking me on Twitter what it's like, because apparently I'm some sort of super-picky gamer when it comes to Pool games. My thoughts are that it's a really nice and fully formed "Ball" engine, that feel superb, and doesn't have of the annoying things that I usually tend to pick at when playing a Pool game. It's almost as if @helvetica's been reading my many rants about rub...

I'm still jumping between two projects, but neither one feels good and gamey. I think I'm going to scrap this week, and just restart something entirely different, instead. Bah, humbug.

I should probably make this a regular thing, again. It's always fun to get a little back'n'forth going.

Recently, i saw a Choplifter game (Game Gear), on youtube and thought, with a bit of imagination,the rescuees looks like the platdude. So my idea is, if you like to make a Choplifter Clone or alike with platdude. At least something with Helicopter ? ^^;

Eating bugs, just for fun!

I've just noticed a really odd bug in my site, via the method of visiting another site! Over at Nintendo Max they've listed Flappadiddle as being from October 2017. "October 2017? It definitely isn't from then.. Where on earth have they got THAT date from?" .. I checked my own site, and... Oh.. The dates on the downloads in the Game Archive Downloads have been wrong since the site rewrite!!!

After spending hours retweaking the 3DS part of the framework, I'm now mostly confident that everything's a little more compatible.

Getting some really unexpected number issues that I'm fairly sure I shouldn't be having!

Tonight I started a new project. #559 - Topsplodings And that's as far as I got.

I've now tried a multitude of different methods to get Audio working on my 3DS Homebrew Framework, but so far absolutely nothing seems to be working.
