As much as I love making gambling games (after all, my IRL name is actually James Gamble) I've tried to steer away from them for the past decade or so.

Week three on the island. We start the week with a mystery How on earth do you create all this from only 10 Cherry Blossom petals? It makes no sense at all!

Week Two, on the Island. The week started with a bang, as all the villagers gathered for the opening of the island's campsite. Even Mr Angry Brows decided to be slightly less mean, on this occasion.

Seems like the crazy shopping sprees are starting to die off a bit, and the online services are starting to cope a little better.

I hope that everyone's doing OK, and that you're all safe in your houses, locked away from the evils outside. As the Coronavirus continues to spread in insane numbers, it's important to look after yourself, and also your loved ones. Do what you can to help those nearby, from a safe distance, and be sure to wash with alarming frequency. I'll continue to do what I do, and although it's not really useful for society, I at least hope that my insanity brings a smile to a few people'...

I finally got away to the getaway island, last night. Isle Plat looks like it might become a lovely little island, but is currently full of weeds, and other nasty things that I need to take care of. What a lovely little island, though. A highly recommended getaway. #AnimalCrossing

If you're playing on Petit Switch, Blockman Gets got a lovely update, last night. Enhanced by the new version of the framework, with its new "High/Last" frontend, it now saves your highscores, and flows a little better. I also took the time to switch out the blocky square grid for a slightly better "rail" look, which seems to have transformed the look of the game. Nice! Grab the update with the same SBKey : 424PN33N4 Still not sure what new game to make for this week, tho...

A blank slate, this morning, as I try to come up with a Shoebox game to do. I did consider getting back to finishing off The Quest, but every time I look at the code, the whole thing seems to be larger in scope than I ever imagined it might be.

Haven't started a game, yet. I think this might be a game-less week.

Every week or so, I think about SpikeDislike. How big it once was, and how abandoned it now is. Going from it's hefty days back in 2011, when it actually SOLD a decent amount on iOS, to the current day where it's all been removed from the AppStore because I haven't updated it in years. And yet, it's something I keep coming back to, and it has pretty much defined the sort of things that I've been doing for the past decade. I'm slightly tempted to make a particular game for Browsercade, this week, but it really needs multiplayer (Local, via plugging in extra gamepads!) and if I'm being honest, my gamepad support still isn't quite as good as it should be.

Tonight I'll be posting this week's Petit Switch game, and then.. The week is over!
