With a skipped Browsercade, this week, and my "Time off", I'm managing to finish off all manner of little bits and pieces. I even took the time to finally make myself a little AGameAWeek Notification Noise using GarageBand. I might do a few more, and upload them to the site.. *shrugs*

.. And that was as far as I got.

I've started on a remake of Endless Forest for this week's Browsercade game. I'm hoping to try to add some sort of extra elements into play, but right now I'm at a loss as to what those might be.

The original Blockman is recreated in glorious Javascript! Run around the platform-maze, gather up all the blocklets, and take them all home. The more you can manage in one go, the higher your combo score. You can Play Blockman in the Browsercade, in your browser, on Desktop, Mobile or Tablet.

After tweeting this morning's daily Foldapuz default sheet to Twitter, I lay in bed wondering what Foldapuz game to make, next.. I started to drift off to sleep with the idea of a simple word game. But then .. a Twitter notification.. OK then.. A maze game of sorts... But what sort of sort..? I rolled over, curled up, and drifted gently off to sleep, thinking about mazes..

Today will be without a release, but there's not been an "AGameAWeek proper" for a long time, so I don't think anyone's going to be too disappointed by that fact! But what of the rest of the week?

I can't find the fun in "Car vs Traffic Cones". .. not even Mutant Killer Cones could save this game!

Sheep Goes Right

The happiest cardboard-cutout puppet styled game, with sheep and spikes, that you'll ever play... until someone makes a happier one!

A slight tweak to the Maths Maze generator, as it was making some puzzles far far too easy. I've now added a "20 or above" limit to the goal, which should help increase the difficulty level a little, as the previous day's puzzles all seemed to be a little too simplistic. I might yet tweak it a bit further to avoid repetition, but for now it's good enough.

Added Maths Maze. A simple roam around a maze, totalling up scores to reach the target. Although these puzzles have multiple solutions, the "proper" method should only require four moves. Aside : It's been a few weeks since a new Puzzle game popped into my head, but lying awake at 3am seems to help!

At around 1am, I was starting to drift off to sleep, when suddenly.. "POUNCE!" A late night idea popped into mind.

Weapons are now functioning much better.

I think my head's a bit sleepy, right now! Must be all the Advent of Creativity that's done me in, or the three or four glasses of Baileys that I had over Xmas!

Added Top Down Walls for dungeons and mazes and whatnot. These walls are based on the walls I created about a decade ago, for Alien Deathmatch, and come in 4x4 sheets of tiles, with wall paths that should cover the majority of wall requiring purposes. If you're in need of more specific tiles, you'll just need to improvise. Hopefully they come in handy for future wall-based projects!
