Each Tuesday through February, I'll be adding to Flappadiddle-Doo, to bulk it up beyond the original concept, and fixing up any quirks in my new Framework along the way.
But once we hit March, I'll be heading into the regularly unplanned insanity of AGameAWeek.

v1.0 of my new version of the Icon Resizer.
Completely rewritten over the space of today.
You can Download Icon Resizer 2 v1.0 here
Icon Resizer 2 takes a selection of icons, at whatever sizes you CAN be bothered to make, and outputs a whole array of (mostly iOS) different sized icons that you can use in your games.
With the addition of some Screenshots and your game's logo, the tool will also generate all manner of screenshot sizes, as well as generating a bunch of Banners and Headers and thing...

I'm sure there's a better name for this, which probably already exists, but this is a method that I've evolved since doing Army of Flags, and it seems to be working well for me and my enemies!

So, after having read up on URL access for a couple of hours, I managed to get about 0% through it, yesterday.
I might actually end up trying to find a proper book on the subject, and having a good focused read-through. .. Although I imagine any book would probably focus on Win/Linux, and not the cross-platform usage I'm after.
I've really coded myself into a pickle, here!

DevelopmentsLast night I did a lot of work on the basic "Draw Rectangle" stuff. The game script calls the Core script, which stores the draw command into a buffer, then later the System script is the one that actually draws the requested things onto the screen.Views 99, Upvotes 24
