A remake, this week, of a popular old game, but one which appears to have lost it's powerups along the way.
The game plays well enough, but it feels somewhat lacking.
Perhaps a little community-driven inspiration might help bulk it back up again?

Microbes and Microbe2 are two of my personal favourites. In both games, you fight against an evil microorganism which rapidly grows from the center of the arena.
Shooty shooty, bang, and the game is won.

Both editions used the right mousebutton to enter Bullet Time.
...
Although Monkey's Windows target allows you to use the right mousebutton, it's HTML5 target doesn't.
It's also, obviously, tricky to get "Right Mouse Button" to work on an Android device!

...hmmm...



As such, MLG currently has no Bullet-Time, so instead of extreme rapid microbe growth, I've separated the game into Arcade style "rounds", with each wave having more and more initial splodges.
The game also adds in different coloured microbes along the way, up until you reach the classic white "shoots back" microbes.

Other than that, there are no powerups, either, because I can't quite figure out how best to put them in there.
If you've any ideas, let me know, and I'll fiddle around to see what does and doesn't work.

Meanwhile, it's a nice fun little shooty thing, and it runs great on your phone, or your browser... .. or your PC, if that's more your style!
