What I Didn't Do

I didn't write any reusable functions for handling piles of cards and such, like I did for the original Shoebox. Instead all piles are dealt with by hardcoded methodology.
I might have to bulk up the new SmileBASIC ShoeBox (SBSB!) framework if I plan on doing any more card games.
