Around about 3am, I grabbed this morning's Platdude Pixelart Starter early, and scrawled a picture of Platdude having an eye test.

"That way, when I do wake up, I have more of the morning to work on all the things I need to do."

A perfect plan, with only one minor flaw.
I didn't wake up until after 12, and it's now reaching 1pm.
It's feeling an awful lot like yesterday did!!

Meanwhile

Last night I tweaked my mini Asset Generator (The one that makes the "Steam Icons".. Those four game icons across the top of the site) and added the ability to do YouTube Thumbnails.



The results are looking quite a bit like those, in that.. they normally work, but on quite a few instances, they're unreadable.



I think, today, I'll spend some time trying to come up with an actual "design" for these.
The way the Foldapuz ones worked, with that triangle cutting across the image.. That feels like it might work out well, here.
A few random shapes, and hopefully things will be a bit more readable.

1280x720 thumbnails might sound like a big area, but in the end, you usually wind up seeing it in a tiny resolution on the site.
Chunky, Obvious, and Stylised.. That's probably the way to go.
