Another epic space based blaster. Complaints about control scheme were all the rage for our last game, so this week I've opted for something a little bit simpler, and easier to control. Especially since it shoots for you!!

The last time I created this game (see here) I left the weaponry up to the player, but if you didn't shoot, not much really happened.
As such, I've decided that this time around, the weapon will autofire. Essentially this pretty much keeps the pace of the game up to the sort of levels I imagined people wanting to play at.
.. DEATH IS IMMINENT!

New Laptop

I finally upgraded from Win7 to Win8.1 over the past week, and as a result have had to reinstall my entire dev-kit from scratch. There's been a couple of bumps along the way, but hopefully I've ironed out all the kinks.
