Int. Dave's apartment - Early morning
[Dave is sprawled on the couch, surrounded by the items from his new Zen Repair Kit. Green enters, looking concerned.]
Green: Dave, have you slept at all?
Dave: Sleep is just a construct, Greenie. I've been in a state of deep meditation... with my eyes open... staring at this blinking LED.
Green: [scared] Is that one of those laser things?
Dave: This is different! I've had a breakthrough. I'm going to revolutionise the world of office repairs!
Green: Oh no.
Dave: Picture this: ZenOffice Repair Services! We'll fix broken equipment while providing spiritual enlightenment.
Green: Dave, the last time you tried to fix something, you ended up covered in milk and cornflakes.
Dave: That was pre-enlightenment, Greenie. Now, I have the power of zen... and this rubber duck!
Green: [sighing] I'm almost afraid to ask, but what's with the duck?
Dave: It's my new debugging partner! You talk to it, and it helps you solve problems.
Green: So, it talks back?
Dave: No. It just listens. Very zen-like.
Green: [muttering] At least it's not another talking animal experiment.
Dave: Everyone loves a rubber duck. And it's yellow, too. Yellow is for the mellow.
Green: I think you might be taking this Zen stuff too far, Dave.

[Scene Two]
Int. Dave's apartment - Late morning

[Dave is arranging his Zen Repair Kit items on the broken desk]
Dave: Now, watch and learn, Greenie. I'll demonstrate the power of zen repair!
Green: [skeptically] This should be interesting.
Dave: First, we meditate with the LED. [stares intensely at the blinking light]
Green: Dave, you're going to hypnotise yourself again.
Dave: [ignoring Green] Now, we assume the 'Crouching Tiger, Hidden Circuit Board' pose on the yoga mat.

[Dave contorts himself into an awkward position next to the desk]
Green: How exactly is this helping to fix anything?
Dave: It's all about alignment, Greenie. Aligning your chickens with the broken item's energy.
Green: Chickens?
Dave: The mindfullness things.
Green: Chakras?
Dave: Now, for the final step. We consult the oracle! [picks up the rubber duck]
Green: Dave, it's a bath toy, not an oracle.
Dave: Shh, Greenie! You'll hurt its feelings. Now then, Mr. Duckello, how shall we proceed with the repairs?

[Dave holds the duck to his ear, nodding seriously]
Dave: Mr. Duckello suggests we use the post-it notes to hold the crack together!
Green: What crack?
Dave: The crack in the desk.
Green: Post-it notes aren't going to fix a desk, Dave.
Dave: Mr. Duckello has spoken.

[Scene Three]
Int. Dave's apartment - Afternoon

[Dave is surrounded by post-it notes, the desk now completely covered in colourful paper]
Dave: There! Good as new!
Green: Dave, you've just turned the desk into a giant sticky note covered ball.
Dave: Exactly! Now it's both functional and mindful. You can write your thoughts directly on the desk!
Green: [sighing] But you can't put your computer on the desk.
Dave: You could use the power of stickiness to stick your computer to the side of the desk.
Green: Dave, no.
Dave: Yes! And your monitor rests upon the yoga mat on the floor, thusly. The monitor is zen.
Green: And the cables that are now trailing all around the giant bal of yellow paper? I suppose those are wires of zen or something?
Dave: Computers are zen. They need zen flowing through their veins.
Green: Dave, computers don't have veins. And this setup is a fire hazard waiting to happen.
Dave: Ah, but Greenie, fire is just the flame that lights up our chickens!
Green: Chakras...
Dave: It's all part of the zen cycle.
Green: [exasperated] I'm starting to think your rubber duck might be a bad influence.
Dave: Don't be silly, Greenie. Mr. Duckello is the pinnacle of zen wisdom. Now, help me stick this keyboard to the ceiling. It'll improve our typing posture.

[As Dave starts attaching post-it notes to the keyboard, Green slowly backs away towards the door]
Green: I think I need to go meditate... somewhere else. Preferably somewhere without sticky notes or rubber ducks.

[End credits roll, Green leaves]
