Spent most of yesterday trying to make this effect look half-decent.



Kinda works, I guess..
The flickering of the torch helps disguise the terrible way I did the light effect. It's not 100%.. It's more like 60%!!

*shrugs*
Now to add gameplay.

Michael Fernie suggested I do a game like "Gateway To Apshai" or "Tower Of Druaga"

The game seems to look simple enough.

I've opted for the torchlight effect above to hide a lot of the elements from the player.

There'll be monsters wandering, a key to find and an exit to.. exit!
Not sure what else I can add, though.
