I asked in Yesterday's Blog what sort of time limits might work well for Patreon-Locked games.
Commenter Michael Fernie, suggested that "locked until Xmas" might be going overboard!

I'm thinking, if I release it a week later, then I guess we're sticking to that whole "AGameAWeek" brand, right? Seems odd to have the week off, though, as far as games on the main site go.
Is that the plan, though?
I dunno.

Anyway, the game's about 90% done. I need to give the four playable characters different names, (single player!!!) and deciding how best to integrate a 3-life system, because currently it's a one-death=game-over sort of game.
But it's really nice and playable, and I think you'll probably enjoy it.

Int. Dave's Living Room
[Dave is watching through his window as neighbours walk past in their Sunday best]
Dave: Something's afoot again.
Lady Computer: [displays picture of a church]
Dave: Yes, but they're all carrying things. Suspicious things.
[Dave tries to figure out what's being carried]
Dave: Hmm. I need to investigate.
[Dave opens his front door, immediately stepping into goo]
Dave: Oh. Still sticky.
Geoff: [approaching with a covered dish] Morning Dave!
Dave: Hi Steve. What's everyone doing?
Geoff: Geoff. I was heading to... say, have you noticed how sticky the street's been lately?
Dave: [nervously] Oh?
Geoff: Been absolute murder on my new shoes. Must be the weather.
Dave: Yes! The weather! Definitely the weather!
Geoff: Strange though, it seems worse around our street.
Dave: Weather can be very... localised.
[Mrs Thompson passes by with a Victoria sponge]
Geoff: Just the other day, one of my 24-hour deliveries took 25 hours, when the delivery driver had to unstick himself.
Dave: Gosh. That's pretty weird, huh?
Geoff: And I found my newspaper glued to the path yesterday.
Dave: Was it a ginger cat?
Geoff: What?
Dave: Never mind. How come your paper was lying on the path? Did they not put it through your postbox?
Geoff: They couldn't. That's stuck, too.
Dave: Hmm.. Crazy weather, huh..?
Geoff: Steve said you had a plan to clean things up, though.
Dave: Yeah, um. I bought some fizz.
Geoff: You think that'll shift it?
Dave: I think so, if I can code the splitting mechanics just right, we should be able to clean things up.
Geoff: I'll let you get back to that, then. Good luck.
[End credits as Geoff leaves]
