Combine cards which add up to 13, in order to remove them from the pyramid.

What I Didn't Do

I haven't added "Lives".
Microsoft Solitaire seems to be the only example I can find of this game featuring lives, and I'm not really sure why that is!!
Perhaps it's to make it slightly easier, as .. it is rather hard.
