The numbers on the edge tell you how many tiles are filled in on that row/column.

Not all rows/columns have numbers, so watch out for that!

What I Didn't Do

I REALLY need to start drawing a bunch of little monochrome icons, so I can games that are more like Picross and such.
I haven't done that, though, since ... for the sake of lack of repetition ... I'd need to draw about a thousand of the things!
