Within each cluster of four, the left value is the Total (Add/Sum) of the top and bottom values, whilst the right value is the Product (Multiply) of the top and bottom.

What I Didn't Do

The top/bottom numbers range from 2 to 26.
I might expand that, later, if it starts to get too repetitive.
