Place numbers 0 to 9 inside each of the squares, and also each of the circles.
The circles subtract from the totals on each row and column.

What I Didn't Do

The game I was originally going to do!

I started coding one thing, but realised it was far too much like Cross Sums so instead headed in a different direction.
This is the result, and it's not too bad of a puzzle game.
