Over the course of 2020, I've created a LOT of games. (113!?)
In this post, I pick my personal favourites that I've made this year, for each of the four places that I've been juggling making games for. If you have your own favourites, let me know in the comments, or bombard me with tweets telling me how wrong I am! Views 174, Upvotes 10

Kabooma Looma
Game
19th July 2020
Help Looma gather up the gems that are scattered under the ground. There are tons of rocks to avoid, and a curious amount of ghosts down here, too.

A decade is over, and what have I done?
373 games, created a new blogging script for here, rewritten the Socoder forum, started a few new sites and more! Oh, and a brain tumour! It's been a wild and crazy decade, and over the next few days I'll be looking back at the best (and worst) games from the decade. Views 85, Upvotes 7

Diamonds and Rocks?

Currently thinking I might do a Boulderdash clone, for Browsercade, but I'm not sure how good I can make it in just a couple of days.
Don't be surprised if this ends up as a two-week game, instead. I have the "Multiple Direction" concept from 8-bit Boulders that I could easily reuse, but that needed hand-made levels. I'm not sure I can successfully auto-generate levels for a game like that.. Views 37, Upvotes 9

8-Bit Boulders
Game

Avoid the dangers of the 8-bit Boulders as you gather up all the gems from each level. Beware. There may be fire ahead!

A quick and simple Boulderdash clone, written using PlayMyCode.com
PlayMyCode games no longer workReason : I asked for PMC-Based Boulderdash clones in this week's Socoder Newsletter, so figured I'd best do one, just incase nobody else did.. If you make one, let me know! Views 15, Upvotes 4

That's the last time I did a Mailbag post! Blinkin' eck! Over the past 6/7 months, I've occasionally dipped into the mailbag and plucked out little snippets, but I figured it was about time I did a proper one. Views 31, Upvotes 5

It's that unexpected time, where I randomly choose to rummage through the bundles of silly game ideas, and pluck out the best/worst!
Let's throw out the spam, and get started. .. FFS, there's a lot of spam! Views 32, Upvotes 7
