The Bungalow Buying contract has now been signed by us.
The House Selling contract was signed last month.
That should hopefully be everything signed, now.
Ready to go!

Seems like we're just sitting around, this week.
Not much of anything's happening.
It's almost like Mum's given up. .. But then, realistically, we were pretty much packed and ready to go, three months ago.
There's not really a whole lot more to do!

I drew a new version of Greenie yesterday, and fed it into the LoRA training for Stable Diffusion.
And this morning I went back to the old one.

I added a couple of nice new commands in GotoJSE, yesterday, but haven't uploaded them yet.
Maybe later today, you might be able to play with them..?

Apparently the indemnity insurance for the "Absent Freeholder" (who isn't absent if the council are right, but solicitors...) will take about six weeks to finalise.

The council still haven't gotten back to me after yesterday's phone call.
If I don't hear anything by about 3pm, today, I'll be ringing them up to try and get some kind of answer as to what's going on.
Can't have this kerfuffle holding everything up.

Over the weekend I stupidly decided to buy another domain name, and have started to integrate all the JNKsg tools into a marginally neater package.

We're back at the "Waiting for things to happen" stage again.

Nothing much of anything happened yesterday, mostly because we're sitting here waiting to hear back from the solicitors about Friday's horror show.

The recent power issues have apparently now been solved.
Hurray!

Time to come up with a game with an incredibly stupid name that starts with two X words.

I'm quite happy with the current version of "Derek", the Greenie training for Stable Diffusion.
Other than the name, obviously, but it's too late to go back and change that, now. Habits have formed!

I'm down to two map-points to unlock for the surface.
Probably would've been quicker, but I had to stop and teach some kids about the calamity.

I'm not sure why my head suddenly decided to try training a new Stable Diffusion model with Greenie, last night, but that's what it wanted, so that's what I did...

S.S. is seemingly a difficult game to get started!

Much as expected, yesterday was a bit of a waste of a day.
Being woken up by the cat at 2:30am lead to a day of mostly sitting about in a bit of a dazed half-asleep state, and zero coding got done!

Oh no, the whole day went on Greenie again!
And it was completely worthless again, too..

Yesterday's music attempt went reasonably well.

Yesterday was a day of two halves.
First, finishing off the Marblinko game, and then the other have was entirely Green.

Managed to get a rather nice ALChoon going yesterday.

I'm not 100% sure about this week's game, yet.

OK, the ALChoon got finished, and the SoCoder newsletter got cobbled together using bits of BingChat to.. well, pretty much write the entire thing, if I'm honest.

Had a nicely productive day on JXMb yesterday, all except for stupid standard web'y stuff getting in the way, as per usual.
